The Marketing &
Customer Intelligence solution (within the CRM Practice) focuses on
the use of customer data to provide differentiated responses to an
organization’s existing or proposed customer base. Our service area
provides: Analytics and analytical models that enable the
appropriate actions to be identified; Business processes-- and the
technology required to support them--that make use of the analytics;
Organization and training required to operate the new business
processes; Data required to deliver the analytics and business
processes. This service area offers the following: BI & Customer
Analytics Strategy, Campaign Management Vision, BI and Analytics
Implementation, Campaign Management Implementation and Customer Data
Warehouse and Data Mining. Client Benefits include: Increased
effectiveness of targeting & segmentation to optimize “marketing
spend”; Drive a tighter ROI and provide a measurable payback on
marketing campaigns; Adopt new processes & technologies to reduce
campaign cycle times and costs; Increased level of understanding and
tracking customer profitability and customer behaviors.
The M&CI service area (CRM Practice / Communications Industry) is
currently seeking an Application Developer experienced with
end-to-end CRM processes and applications (Siebel, Analytics, BOBJ,
Epiphany, and Unica) and integration of these applications with Call
Center and/or Web Channel. Technical experience must be within the
area of M&CI. Must be Siebel 7 certified. BIg 5 or equivalent
consulting experience required. 100% travel. |
