  • Temporary/Contract/Project Staffing   This alternative is the most flexible solution when staffing requirements are volatile, uncertain or temporary. It allows you to hire precisely the talent you need, whenever you need it, for as long as you need it. EdgeStone assumes all employer liabilities and expenses. Hourly rates, which vary according to position, typically include all employee wages, payroll and unemployment taxes, workers' compensation and liability insurance, and fringe benefits.

  • Temporary Contract-To-Hire   This option is a safe, cost-effective way to evaluate a candidate's performance and fit before making a hiring commitment. Temporary employees remain on EdgeStone’s payroll for an agreed-upon period of time, with all the corresponding benefits. You maintain the option to convert them to your payroll with complete confidence, for a modest conversion fee.

  • Direct Placement   Also referred to as Full-Time, Career Placement or Permanent Placement, this option allows you to fill key full-time positions by utilizing the full power of EdgeStone’s extensive network of contacts and resources. You gain access to targeted candidates you might not otherwise reach — candidates who may be working for competitors and/or not actively seeking new employment opportunities. For a fraction of the time and expense of conducting your own recruitment campaign, you are presented with only the most well-suited candidates for the position.

  • On Site Staffing Program   Also known as Vendor-on-Premises or Managed Staffing,  our On Site Staffing Program is the ideal solution for clients with ongoing, high-volume contingent staffing requirements. Under this arrangement, EdgeStone sets up an office on-site at your location, from which we manage all or part of your staffing process. This type of arrangement, when implemented properly, can help companies track and control costs, increase productivity, and enhance the quality of their workforce.

If your managers are spending excessive amounts of time and money managing your flexible workforce (calling numerous staffing suppliers, writing and placing ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, dealing with employee relations issues, processing timecards, reconciling invoices, handling payroll problems…) you can be fairly certain that your company could benefit from an On Site Staffing Program.

  • Payroll Service   Every so often, a client finds the perfect candidate for a long or short-term temporary project through their own resources — but due to budgetary, headcount, or other restrictions, cannot put that individual on their own payroll. EdgeStone can help by adding the employee to our payroll, providing them with our competitive benefits package, and taking on all employer-related taxes and liabilities — all at an hourly bill rate that's significantly less than full-service temporary staffing.
